At Step N Guard, we work hard to get your order on the road fast. All orders ship within 1–2 business days from the time they are placed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Return Policy

All returns must be pre-approved by Customer Service within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that all approved returns are subject to a minimum $30 restocking fee, depending on product inspection. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
