Return & Exchange PolicyAt Step N Guard, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.Eligibility for ReturnsTo qualify for a return or exchange, items must meet the following requirements:
  • Returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • Unopened and unused
  • In original packaging, including all components
  • Not installed — installed items are not eligible for return
Return ShippingCustomers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
ExchangesExchanges are available for eligible items following the same criteria above. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will ship the replacement item.
RefundsApproved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days after we process the return for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective ItemsIf your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us. These items follow the same return process but will be replaced at no additional cost once verified.
How to Start a Return

  2. We will provide instructions for sending the item back.
